Pete was born and raised in Montgomery until attending high school in Chattanooga, Tn at Baylor. He then attended college at Ole Miss where he earned a B.S. in Liberal Arts specializing in Political Science.
Before joining John Hall & Company in 2002 Pete cut his teeth in the insurance industry where he sold property and casualty policies. He then went to work as a project manager for the Alabama Development Office, the state’s economic development arm, recruiting new industry for Alabama. Recently, Pete was the first person in Montgomery to be awarded the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Board of Trustees of the Real Estate Land Institute in Chicago.
Pete is married with two young boys and is enjoying fatherhood. He enjoys hunting turkey and quail as well as a host of other hobbies which include participating in triathlons, golf, reading, and scuba diving. Sadly, these hobbies are now greatly limited! Pete is on the Administrative Board of First United Methodist Church where he and his family attend.
